Two killed in crash on Highway 395 near Pasco

PASCO – The Washington State Patrol reports two people were killed and two others were injured in a crash on Highway 395 and Crestloch Road about five miles north of Pasco at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Troopers report that a vehicle was traveling westbound on Crestloch, approaching Highway 395, when it failed to yield. It crashed into a vehicle that was driving northbound on the highway.

The deceased are identified as the driver, Angela Hart, 50, of Kennewick and her passenger, Aspen Hart, 18, of Kennewick. Next of kin were notified prior to the crash summary being released.

Injured are the driver and passenger in the car that was on Highway 395. They are identified as Madeline Johnson, 31, of Eltopia and Andre Kaupp, 35, of Eltopia. They were taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington.

WSP reports drugs and alcohol were not involved in the crash. All of those involved were wearing seat belts.
