MISSION – Two people were arrested Wednesday afternoon by Umatilla Tribal Police, after a search executed at a residence on Lodgepole Lane uncovered 30 grams of cocaine and 17 fentanyl pills.
James Sproed, 55, was booked into the Umatilla County Jail on charges of misdemeanor frequenting a place where controlled substances are used, felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Tehya Halfmoon, 24, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor contempt of court, felony possession of dangerous drugs and felony criminal activity in drugs.
The warrant was executed in support of a narcotics investigation.
