Training exercise, not gunshots, at Harney County Courthouse

BURNS – The Harney County Courthouse will have limited services Thursday and Friday. Community members will have limited access to the building, and regular staff will be attending training exercises. Harney County Emergency Management posted an update today, stating the public may hear what sound like gunshots from the courthouse, but not to be alarmed, as it is part of their training exercise.
Regular courthouse hours and operations will resume Monday, April 15th.
