Touchet boy airlifted to Seattle after four-wheeler collision

WALLA WALLA COUNTY – An 11-year-old boy from Touchet was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after being struck by a pickup Friday, Walla Walla County Undersheriff Joe Klundt said.

The boy was riding a four-wheeler near Riggs Road when he pulled onto the roadway and was struck by a pickup.

Klundt says the boy was in stable condition when transported to Harborview.

The College Place Police Department and Washington State Patrol assisted the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office.

No other details were released.
