Total team effort leads Mountaineers Over Lions at home

LA GRANDE – (Information provided by EOU Athletics) Mountaineer Men’s Basketball put together a complete team effort Saturday afternoon as they took down the Multnomah University Lions 102-93 inside Quinn Coliseum. The Mountaineers were short-handed, as was Multnomah, but in the end Eastern Oregon secured the win to 5-1 at home.
The Mountaineers will be back on the road for a pair of games in Washington State. EOU takes on Northwest Friday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m., followed by Evergreen State on Saturday, Jan. 15 at 5 p.m.
