Top portion of Airport Road is closed tomorrow

On Thursday, Sept. 1, the top half of Airport Road will be closed due to the installation of a new water line crossing. The expected work this day will close Airport Road from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm from NW “H” Avenue to NW “A” Avenue. There will be detours in place along NW “H” Avenue and NW “49^th“ Street to bypass the work site on Airport Road.

To gain access to the Airport Terminal, Radisson Hotel, and other surrounding business on or near NW “A” Avenue the detour will need to be utilized, for Airport Road just below NW “C” Avenue will have a trench across the entire width for an extended period of time
