Tohet placed on probation for hunting on another’s property

GRANT COUNTY – A man will spend time on probation and lose his hunting license for three years for hunting on another person’s land. Jimmy J. Tohet Jr., 41, pleaded guilty to Hunting on Cultivated/Enclosed Land of Another in Grant County Circuit Court recently, stemming back to an incident in October of 2018. Tohet will spend 18 months on Bench Probation and is ordered to pay $500 in restitution to Michael Keerins. Tohet’s hunting license has been suspended for 36 months, according to court documents.
