Three people arrested in connection with Kennewick man’s disappearance

KENNEWICK – Three people have been arrested in connection with the disappearance of Oscar D. Munos, 38, of Kennewick. He disappeared under suspicious circumstances, according to the Kennewick Police Department.

Munos was last seen alive on December 31, 2023, and investigators believe he is deceased.

This past Saturday, KPD detectives developed probable cause to arrest Michael Ray Golden, 23; Kari Ann Golden, 54, and Coral Yazmin Ochoa Hernandez, 33, all of Kennewick.

All three were booked into the Benton County Jail on 72-hour investigative holds.

Michael Ray Golden was booked for suspicion of second-degree murder. Kari Ann Golden and Coral Yazmin Ochoa Hernandez were booked for suspicion of first-degree rendering criminal assistance.

Investigators are still searching for Munos and are actively following leads to locate his remains.
