Three new providers coming to Blue Mountain Hospital District

JOHN DAY – Blue Mountain Hospital District Public Relations Director Jena Knowles was recently in KJDY studios and appeared on an episode of Coffee Time. Knowles highlighted three new providers coming to the district. Dr. Paula Godfrey is coming to the Emergency Department beginning next month:
“She was actually a traveler last year, and she loved it here so much that she wanted to make it her home. So, that says a lot about our community. She will be starting next month.”
Dr. Godfrey is a board-certified emergency medicine doctor with 20 years of experience, mostly in rural communities in the Northwest.
Also, Dr. Russ Nichols, a board-certified family medicine doctor with emergency room experience will be returning to the Emergency Department; and Dr. Guy Zickgraf, a board-certified family medicine physician will work in the Emergency Department beginning in March.
