Those interested in filing for May’s Primary Election can do so starting today

BAKER COUNTY – Today is the day for those who are interested in filing for election during the May Primary Election. People wishing to file will need to file the proper filing form with the appropriate elections official for what they are filing for. They will pay the filing fee or see about collecting signatures to be on the ballot.

There are certain requirements for certain offices and all of the requirements and all the information on how to file is in the County, City and District Candidate Manual available on the Oregon Secretary of State’s website at https://sos.oregon.gov/elections/Documents/county-city-district-candidates.pdf
