Talen Jayo Promoted to Sales Manager for Outdoor RV

ISLAND CITY – (Release from Outdoor RV) Oregon-based RV manufacturer, Outdoors RV Manufacturing (ORV) has announced the promotion of Talen Jayo to Sales Manager. Jayo is an 11-year veteran of the RV industry, all of it spent with ORV. Talen started at ORV in 2012 as the Inside Sales Office Administrator. He soon took on the role of National Training Manager, visiting every dealership in the ORV network running Sales Training Seminars. In 2016, Jayo was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest.

Talen has developed many strong relationships within the entire ORV Dealer Network during his career and has been integral to ORV’s success. Jayo will continue to report directly to ORV CSO Donald Cochran. ORV CFO/General Manager Cerise Smallwood stated, “Along with being an avid RVer and outdoorsman, Talen’s energy, effort and attention to detail make him perfectly suited to take over the position of ORV Sales Manager.”
