Suspect(s) being sought for theft

LA GRANDE – The La Grande Police Department and the Union County Sheriff’s Department are still in search of a suspect(s) that stole a wallet at a retail outlet in Island City and used stolen credit cards to purchase thousands of dollars of merchandise at a different store. The initial report is that the suspect(s) distracted a woman at a local retail outlet while taking a wallet. Photos caught on surveillance cameras, can be found on our Facebook page.
