Summer school program cancel, but will resume

WALLOWA, OR – With a jump in COVID cases in Wallowa County and a staff member tested positive, summer program activities for the Joseph Charter School for the week of August 2nd through the 6th, has been canceled.  Lance Homan, Superintendent of the school district said, “We have been notified that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. Any person, who has been identified as a close contact will be notified and, if not fully vaccinated, will need to quarantine.”  The summer program will resume regularly scheduled programs, Monday, August 9th
