Streets closed for Homecoming event

LA GRANDE – The La Grande High School will be having their Homecoming Parade this Friday form 5 pm to 6 pm. The City of La Grande wants to remind motorist that the downtown streets of Adams Avenue between Hemlock and 4th Streets will be closed to accommodate the event.
