Steve Clements receives 2022 Oregon Urban and Community Forestry Award

LA GRANDE – (Information from the City of La Grande) Congratulations to Steve Clements, recipient of the 2022 Oregon Urban and Community Forestry Award.

For over 20 years, Oregon Community Trees and the Oregon Department of Forestry have recognized individuals and organizations working to improve our communities by promoting proper tree planting and care, engaging citizens, and raising awareness about urban trees and forests.

The award was presented at the April City Council meeting by Brian Kelly, board member of Oregon Community Trees.
