Harney County-Oregon State Representative Mark Owens, spoke on Harney County Live about 2024 being the short session that will be starting on February 5, 2024, and some of the items up for discussion.
Legislation will be re-doing Measure #110 and how it is not being effective to help people with drugs.
Mark also spoke about funding for Rural Fires and Grasshopper Control. Lastly, Mark spoke about ODOT funding and the Groundwater issue in Harney County.
