State Representative Mark Owens names Burns High School Senior Student of the Week

Harney County-Monday, April 3, 2023 a local Burns High School Student was this week’s student spotlight of the week by State Representative Mark Owens.
Congratulations Logan Radinovich, a senior at Burns High School. State Representative Mark Owens stated that Logan is the current senior class president and has participated in cross country, leadership, science club, High Desert Partnership’s Mentor Match Entrepreneur Program and the Harney Internship Program all four year of high school.
While participating in the entrepreneur program Logan created a side photography business called “Lradphotography” and currently serves as a mentor to younger students.
