Spring start set for $1.3M infrastructure project in Walla Walla

WALLA WALLA – The Walla Walla City Council has awarded Pasco-based Culbert Construction a $1.3 million bid for the Hobson-Division-Madison project, starting this spring.

The initiative involves replacing leaking water lines, installing sewer and storm infrastructure, and fully reconstructing roads, sidewalks and ADA ramps.

Funding comes from utility rates, real estate taxes, and the city’s infrastructure repair plan.
