BAKER COUNTY – Oregon State Police in Baker County arrested a Lynwood, Washington man late last week after stopping him for speeding in excess of 100 MPH on I-84 at Baker City.
According to reports from OSP “Upon contract with driver he would not present an operator’s license or any other form of identification.” The driver, 36-year-old Pablo Garcia Rincon, “was detained in the patrol car for Fail to Carry & Present. Driver would not provide a date of birth nor an address. Photo of driver located via Washington DMV records and driver identified.”
The vehicle was impounded due to a suspended Washington License. He was cited for several traffic infractions include speeding (101) MPH, No Operators License and Fail to Drive within Lane.
