Speeding violation leads to DUII arrest

Harney County-A vehicle was stopped for multiple violations on HWY 20, 10 miles east of Hines. The driver Ian Ingraham, 36, exhibited indications of impairment consistent with controlled substance use.
Ingraham was placed under arrest for DUII. A search incident to arrest recovered prescriptions medications. The vehicle was towed. Ingraham was booked and released for DUI at the Harney County Jail. Ingraham was also cited for speed, 96 in a 65 mph zone.
