Someone has been tagging buildings in Joseph; Wallowa County Sheriff seeks answers

JOSEPH- The Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) is requesting assistance from the public with identifying the person or persons responsible for tagging buildings in Joseph. According to WCSO, 12 reports of tagging were made in March, and it appears, according to the WCSO that all the tagging is from the same person.
Anyone who may have information on this activity is asked to contact Wallowa County Dispatch at 541-426-3131 ext 0.
