Some changes to the Eagle Cap Extreme Sled Dog Race

WALLOWA COUNTY – There will be some changes in the Eagle Cap Extreme Sled Dog Race come January which takes place in the Wallowa Mountains. In the interest of the safety of the mushers, handlers, volunteers, sponsors, and the community there will be no pre-race Musher Potluck or a post-race banquet. The bib draw will be live streamed on Wednesday January 19th and an awards ceremony, that will be open to mushers, handlers, and volunteers only, but will be lived streamed on Saturday, January 22nd.
