Shooting Investigation undeway in Baker City

BAKER CITY – (Release from the Baker City Police Department) During the evening hours of March 20th, Baker County Dispatch received a 911 call reporting that a male sustained a gunshot wound. Upon law enforcement arrival, the victim was located in his vehicle on Ohio Street. Pioneer Ambulance transported the victim to the hospital, where he was ultimately flown to a regional medical center.

Baker City Police Department, along with the Baker County Major Crimes Team, is actively conducting a criminal investigation into this matter.
