Shooting investigation underway in Walla Walla

WALLA WALLA – The Walla Walla Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Friday at 6:30 p.m. on the 800 block of Willow Street. One male victim was shot in the legs.

The preliminary investigation has revealed sufficient evidence to support that this was a targeted shooting, not random.

The Washington State Patrol said their assistance was requested as the suspect fled in a black Lexus SUV occupied by two people.
