BAKER CITY – One of the Sharing Pantries in Baker City has a shiny new door thanks to the Community Service Work Crew Program operated by the Baker County Sheriff’s Office-Parole and Probation Division.  The work crew recently replaced the broken plexiglass at the pantry, located next to the Fraternal Order of Eagles’ parking lot in Baker City.

These Sharing Pantries are operated by the Baker County Safe Communities Coalition and the Baker County Local Community Health Partnership.  The Sharing Pantry motto is “take what you need, leave what you can.”
