Search of vehicle in Harney County leads to citation

Harney County-On Thursday June 15, 2023, Oregon State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on HWY 78, 5 miles east of Burns.

After further investigations, criminal activity was observed. Oregon State Police received consent to search the vehicle and revealed 257.8 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms, 64.6 grams of green leaf marijuana and 4.1 grams of suspected LSD.

The driver Jeffery Allen Greiner, 53, of Henderson Nevada was cited and released from the scene for possessions of psilocybin mushrooms, and import export of marijuana items.
