LA GRANDE – (Release from the Union County Chamber of Commerce) Scott Newman, Executive Director of the Union County Chamber of Commerce, bids farewell from the position with a heart full of appreciation for the unwavering support of the business members, the dedicated Board of Directors, and the collective backing of the Chamber, City of La Grande, and Union County.
During his tenure, Mr. Newman’s commitment to fostering growth, partnerships, and community development has been evident through his tireless efforts. Under his leadership, the Chamber of Commerce has witnessed notable achievements and significant strides in enhancing the economic and cultural vitality of Union County.
“It has been an incredible journey working with the business members of the Chamber of Commerce, whose passion and dedication have been instrumental in driving our shared vision forward,” Scott Newman remarked.
The City of La Grande and Union County have demonstrated exceptional support throughout Mr. Newman’s tenure, contributing to the successful realization of collaborative initiatives that have positively impacted the community’s perception of the Chamber of Commerce and ultimately its growth and prosperity.
