PENDLETON – The Pendleton School District is reaching out to students, parents, staff, and community members to see how it’s doing. Superintendent Kevin headings says the district is currently producing post cards that will be distributed in various ways starting next month.

“We have postcards with a QR (Quick Response) code on them and we’re going to have them out at parent-teacher conferences,” he said. “We’re going to sit down with different focal groups at our high school and in our middle school, and also key community groups.”

He said that anyone who receives a postcard can use their cell phone camera to scan the QR code and it will take them to a Google survey that asks three questions.

“The three questions are: What is Pendleton School District doing well, what does Pendleton School District need to do better, and then is there anything else that somebody wants to tell us?”

Those who want to take the survey and do not have access to a postcard can do so by visiting the district website at https://pendleton.k12.or.us/2022/10/31/pendleton-school-district-seeks-input/.
