Sandbags are ready for Harney County residents

HINES-The City of Hines would like to thank all the volunteers that have been bagging sandbags over the past couple of days. Yesterday at the end of the day, there were roughly 5,000 bags out in front of Hines Public Works Department for those that are in need of them.

The City of Hines asks that you please pay attention when driving on East Barnes as the bags are somewhat on the road. Cones have been put out for safety.
