Rule breakers force Morgan Lake outside of La Grande to be closed again

LA GRANDE – The City of La Grande announces that they are forced to re-close Morgan Lake effective immediately due to observed rule violations after the park re-opened and continued high fire danger at the park. The closure will remain in effect until fire danger eases.
