NORTH POWDER – A crash earlier this week on I-84 closed the freeway, near the Wolf Creek turn-off, for a short time when the driver, William Dayton of the vehicle overcorrected and rolled. Dayton told an OSP Trooper that he was traveling 60-miles-per hour when something in the front of the vehicle seized.  Passenger Darlene Ferguson of La Grande was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.  Ferguson was taken to a hospital via Lifeflight with non-life threatening injuries.  The driver received minor injuries and was cited for Driving While Suspended.
