Rolling slowdown and short closure overnight, early morning

ODOT: East. Ore.: Due to a down power line that will need an emergency repair at mile point 259, there will be a rolling slowdown on I-84 eastbound near La Grande and a short term road closure of I-84 westbound in La Grande, starting at 12:20 a.m. this evening. Please plan for short delays and drive with extra caution.
