HERMISTON – The Eastern Oregon Mission has appointed Robert Longoria as interim executive director. Longoria, who previously served as president of the organization’s board, stepped down from that position to assume the interim leadership role.
The organization cited Longoria’s extensive business experience, history of board leadership, and long-standing service to the mission as key factors in the appointment.
“We are confident in Robert’s leadership and commitment to our mission,” the Eastern Oregon Mission said in a statement. “His experience and passion for serving others will help guide the organization forward during this transition.”
The mission also expressed its appreciation to former executive director Mark Gomolski for his service and dedication to the role.
Eastern Oregon Mission works to provide essential resources, support, and opportunities for individuals and families facing hardships. The operate the Agape House which supplies food and resources to those in need, and Martha’s House which provides transitional housing for families and single women.
