Wallowa County (Release from the U.S. Forest Service) On the Eagle Cap Ranger District, the Forest Service is planning to repair flood damage on Big Canyon Road mile post 7.7 (FSR 8270), beginning August 10th through August 19th. A complete road closure is scheduled on August 11th and 12th to repair the shoulder and to replace a culvert. Outside of this planned closure the public should expect delays to not exceed 30 minutes.
