Road Maintenance May Delay Traffic on Oxbow-Brownlee Highway

OXBOW – (Release from Idaho Power) Crews will begin performing road maintenance along the Oxbow-Brownlee Highway near Black Canyon, approximately 11 miles south of Oxbow, Oregon, starting Nov. 18. The work is expected to last through the end of the year.

Traffic will be restricted to a single lane during work hours, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (MST) Monday through Saturday. Automated traffic lights will be in place, and drivers are encouraged to use extra caution when driving through the area. Longer delays of up to 30 minutes are possible.
