All I-84 closures have been lifted.

I-84 is now open in both directions between Pendleton and La Grande (MP216-265). All other I-84 closures remain in effect.

Closure notices have been lifted for I-84 Eastbound between Pendleton and La Grande (MP 216-265). I-84 Westbound remains closed to all traffic between Baker City and Pendleton (MP 302-216) and to trucks between Ontario and Baker City (MP 374-302).

Update from ODOT as of 8:40am: ODOT: East. Ore.:
I-84 westbound is now closed from Exit 374 (Ontario) to Exit 265 (4 miles east of La Grande) due to severe weather.
I-84 remains closed in both directions between Exit 216 (7 miles east of Pendleton) and Exit 265 (4 miles east of La Grande) A multiple vehicle crash at milepost 220 closed the highway earlier this morning. Freezing rain is making the road slick. Crews are onsite and tows are in route. Closure is expected to last several hours

LONG CREEK – HIGHWAY 395B IS NOW OPEN BETWEEN LONG CREEK AND UKIAH.
UPDATE (9 a.m.): It has been confirmed by officials that the barricades have been removed, and U.S. Highway 395B is open between Long Creek and Ukiah. Travel with caution.
PREVIOUSLY POSTED (7:28 a.m.): According to Grant County Emergency Communications (via ODOT) HIGHWAY 395B IS CLOSED AT MILEPOST 90, NORTH TO MILEPOST 23 AT THE UKIAH JCT.
PREVIOUSLY POSTED: According to ODOT, U.S. Highway 395 B is closed at Long Creek Mountain due to disabled vehicles. The Oregon Department of Transportation is requesting motorists use another route. The road surface is reportedly “a sheet of ice.”
