Risk levels change means a change in services for the Baker County YMCA

BAKER COUNTY – The Baker County YMCA has announced that due to Baker County being moved back into the “extreme risk” category regarding COVID-19, the YMCA, Y Sam-O-Swim Center, and gymnasium will close at the end of the day on today, with plans to reopen on January 29th if the counties risk level improves.

According to the Rob Wilkinson CEO for the Baker County YMCA, “under the current guidelines we can operate our pre-school programs. However, all other programs planned to start in January will be delayed. Registration is open for several programs with February start dates.”
