Red Flag Warning issued for Harney County

HARNEY COUNTY-The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Lightning, which is in effect from 2pm today, July 16, 2024 until 11pm this evening.
Thunderstorms with scattered coverage with little to no rainfall is expected with possible winds up to 60 mph.
Precautionary/preparedness actions: A Red Flag Warning meaning that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will occur shortly.
