Red Flag Warning has been issued for Harney County

HARNEY COUNTY-The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning is in effect from 1:00pm today until 8:00pm tonight.

Gusty winds and low relative humidity is expected in the Owyhee Mountains, Southern Highlands, Burns BLM and Vale BLM.

Winds are expected to come from the southwest at 15 to 25 mph with wind gusts up to 45 mph.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will occur shortly.
