Recent texts asking for visit reviews were sent in error, GRH clarifies

LA GRANDE — (Release from Grande Ronde Hospital) We are aware that some patients may have received a recent text message asking them to leave a Google review for a visit or encounter that happened several years ago.

These messages were sent in error due to an issue with a file used by our review request partner. We are working with our partner to determine what happened and correct the issue.

If you received one of these outdated review request text messages, please ignore or delete it. No action is needed.
