Radinovich arraigned in Grant County on multiple charges against minors

JOHN DAY – A John Day man now residing in Baker City has been arraigned on multiple charges including sexual abuse and furnishing substances to minors. Information regarding additional victims is sought. Read the full press release from the Grant Count District Attorney below:

Joseph โ€œJoeโ€ Vernon Radinovich, (47) from John Day, Oregon, was arraigned on July 25, 2025,  on multiple criminal charges stemming from incidents involving several minor victims. 

Radinovich faces the following charges: 

โ€ข Four counts of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (Class C Felony) 

โ€ข One count of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)

โ€ข One count of Unlawful Delivery of a Marijuana Item (Class C Felony)

โ€ข Two counts of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor (Class A Misdemeanor)ย 

Radinovich has posted the bail amount set by the court and is currently residing in Baker City,  Oregon, upon the conditions that he have no contact with known victims and not use or possess  intoxicants.
