PENDLETON – Country artist Kane Brown and rapper Flo Rida are the headliners for this year’s Pendleton Whisky Music Fest. For the seventh year, the multi-genre acts will perform at the historic Pendleton Round-Up Grounds. Tickets go on sale Friday for the July 15 concert.
“Building off the incredible momentum that was created by Eric Church and Macklemore in 2022, we could not be more excited to welcome fans back to the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest,” Co-Organizer Andy McAnally said. “Kane Brown, Flo Rida, Niko Moon, Maddie & Tae and more, this year’s musical acts are ready to put on the show of a lifetime.”
The Pendleton Whisky Music Fest kicks off with Party in Pendleton on July 14 from 6 p.m. to midnight on Main Street. It will feature performances by Joel Gibson Jr., Summer Groove, and DJ Cutt. The pre-concert event is free and will feature local food vendors and Pendleton Whisky at outdoor bars.
The Whisky Music Fest will see the gates open at 3 p.m. on July 15. Tickets to the general public go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at https://www.pendletonwhiskymusicfest.com/.
Named the favorite male country artist by the American Music Awards in 2018 and 2019, Kane Brown was born and raised in Chattanooga and its northwest Georgia suburbs. He first came to the public’s attention through social media and was signed by RCA Nashville. In October 2017, he became the first artist to have simultaneous number one hits on all five country charts for Billboard. His songs include “What Ifs,” “Heaven,” and “Thank God.”
Flo Rida is a rapper, singer and songwriter. His breakout single “Low” was number one for 10 weeks in the United States and broke the record for digital download sales at the time of its release, according to Wikipedia. His albums include “Mail on Sunday,” “Only One Flo,” “and “Wild Ones.” Flo Rida has sold more than 80 million records worldwide and his hits include “Right Round,” Good Feeling,” and “I Cry.”
Niko Moon is a country pop singer and songwriter who has composed songs for Dierks Bentley, Zac Brown Band, Rascal Flatts, and Morgan Wallen. Maddie & Tae are a country music duo whose recordings include “Girl in a Country Song,” “Shut Up and Fish,” and “Sierra.”
