UNION COUNTY – Since the announcement from Governor Kate Brown in August that hospital workers and school personal are “required to be fully vaccinated by October 18 or six weeks after full FDA approval, whichever is later,” pushback against the vaccination and masking mandates has come from citizens, city officials and county officials from across the state.
While opinions vary among the individuals the common thread is not the validation of vaccination in general or even Covid-19 vaccines in particular but the imposition upon the freedom for individuals to make their own healthcare decisions.
Multiple Union County Groups, Union County Freedom Alliance, Union County Citizens for Medical Freedom and #SilentNoMore – Union County Oregon, have been taking a strong stand against the vaccine mandates and will be holding a Medical Freedom Rally tomorrow, Saturday, September 18, 2021. from 10am to 2pm. Information on the Rally can be found at https://fb.me/e/17o2DBqml
The groups have released a video promoting the Rally.
