Summary

PUBLIC NOTICE WASTE CONNECTIONS OF OREGON dba SANITARY DISPOSAL, INC. AND PENDLETON SANITARY, INC. NOTICE OF RATE FOR NEW SERVICE Waste Connections (DBA Sanitary Disposal, Inc. and Pendleton Sanitary, Inc.), having a solid waste franchise in Umatilla County, proposes to establish a rate for new curbside recycling services within the respective franchise service areas. If approved, the rate would be effective July 1, 2026 and would apply to all customers within the franchise service area, regardless of whether or not the customer participates in curbside recycling. The following rate is proposed for curbside recycling: Sanitary Disposal, Inc.  $8.00 per month for every-other-week residential (single-family) curbside recycling service  $24.00 per month for every-other-week multi-family curbside recycling service Pendleton Sanitary, Inc.  $8.00 per month for every-other-week residential (single-family) curbside recycling service Remonstrances to the proposed rate establishment must be made by filing written comments to: Umatilla County Solid Waste Advisory Committee, 216 SE 4 th St, Pendleton, OR 97801.
