NOTICE OF RFP – NORTH POWDER SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – NORTH POWDER ELEMENTARY SEISMIC RETROFIT
Summary
Notice of RFP North Powder School District will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing North Powder Elementary School. All interested contractors are advised to attend a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 11:00am on Thursday, February 13th, 2025, at 333 G Street, North Powder, OR 97867. This meeting will include a familiarization tour of the subject building. Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $1,589,640.00.
