Nez Perce Fisheries-Seeking Bid Proposals
Summary
Seeking Bid Proposals – Lostine, OR This project consists of disassemble, labeling and removal of four metal raceways 8’ X 90’ X 5’. Improving the old, flat gravel pad with new treated timber beams (6”x6”) and sloped compacted gravel. Resetting and reassembling of the metal raceways. An estimated total of 2000 liner feet of treated timber beams need replaced. The four raceways are constructed with metal sections, rivets and screws for all four walls. The floors are marine grade ¾” plywood that free float over steel cable reinforcements on top of the compact gravel. The compact gravel will need to be raised and graded to specific elevations from one end of the raceways to the other. Each raceway is lined with a watertight vinyl liner, a total of four replacement liners are needed. The vinyl liners measure 90’ long by 8’ wide and 5’ deep. Possibly will need to raise the level of the current gravel offloading ramp to account for the new sloped gravel pad. Removal of a small concrete vault housing toward the end of the release pipes. Release pipes need to be cut and extended for release after the concrete vault is removed. Written bids due 10/31/2025.
