Summary
On August 23, 2023, The Harney County Court passed Amended Order No. 2023-19. The order expressed the intent to form an Oregon Revised Statute 450.600 Joint Water and Sanitary Authority within the Crane Community Boundary. The Order and the Formation of the Water and Sanitary Authority was made at the request of the Crane Community. A Public Hearing Date was set for September 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Crane Elementary School Multipurpose Room. A copy of the Order Can be found on the Harney County Web Page and may be obtained at the County Courthouse.
