Summary

Granite Hill Road Reconstruction Phase II Grant County, Oregon Construction Duration : May 19th to October 21st , 2025 We are pleased to inform you that Cascade Civil Corp will be commencing construction on The Granite Hill Road Reconstruction Phase II project. This project is a continuation of work that is being completed in the Wallowa Whitman National Forest near Granite, Oregon. This project entails replacing five existing fish passage culverts. Three of the culverts will be replaced with precast concrete box culverts. The other two culverts will be replaced by precast concrete bridges. Work also related to this project will contain streambed mitigation and restoration to the impacted areas. Construction Location: The “work” will be completed on Granite Hill Road between the town of Granite, Oregon and Sumpter, Oregon. The “work” will cover the section from Granite, Oregon for 5 Miles south toward Sumpter, Oregon. The “Work” will include Roadway Paving, Bridge and Culvert Construction. Traffic Delays: Minimal intermittent delays and single lane closures should be expected from May 22nd to October 21st , 2025. Please use caution when driving by construction operations.
