REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS HVAC System Installation — Regional Food Bank Facility Community Connection of Northeast Oregon, Inc. (CCNO), a non-profit organization, is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed HVAC contractors for the installation of a new heating and cooling system at its 8,600 square foot Regional Food Bank facility. The selected system must be capable of maintaining consistent warehouse temperatures between 50°F and 70°F year-round.
