City of Prairie City Special Meeting Agenda August 12, 2026 Bridge Street Improvement Project Bid Approval 1. 6:00pm – Call to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call 2. Recognition of Visitors: Public Comment or Question related to topics listed on the agenda. Per Resolution No. 2014-13 Section 25 states that any person wishing to speak during public comment must sign the speaker’s roster with their name, address, and the topic upon which they would like to speak no later than the call to order. In general council members will not respond to comments during the public comment agenda time, except to ask clarifying questions. Any request for council action will be referred to staff for review before placing it on a future agenda. 3. Small City Allotment Grant: Bridge Street Improvement Project Bid Approval. 4. Adjourn. The City of Prairie City regular council meeting scheduled for August 12th has been re-scheduled to the following Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:00pm.
